Pont Robert-Schuman, depuis le 17 mars 2020 : Bug
Trafic routier et présence humaine quasi nuls dans l'espace urbain, à un carrefour habituellement très embouteillé. Présence énigmatique au premier plan de l'affiche annonçant la pièce de théâtre "Bug", jouée du 11 au 20 mars 2020, au théâtre des Célestins. "Bug", en anglais, signifie, insecte, punaise, bestiole mais aussi plus familièrement virus. Ce mot est entré dans le français via l'informatique, pour désigner un dysfonctionnement majeur, du à une erreur de code ou à un virus. Cette photographie télescope l'actualité sanitaire et culturelle de Lyon en mars 2020. Sur l'affiche, les yeux exorbités d'Audrey Fleurot et l'insectation de son visage, sonnent comme le message prémonitoire d'un "Bug" censé intervenir entre le 11 et le 21 mars 2020. -

Le pont Robert-Schuman
L'ouvrage est réalisé par le cabinet Explorations Architecture, les Eclairagistes Associés et les bureaux d'études Flint and Neill Limited et Agibat. C'est le fruit d'une réflexion architecturale et paysagère originale privilégiant le site dans lequel il s'implante. Il annonce l'entrée nord-ouest de Lyon. Sa forme en contrepoint et sa structure symétrique sont directement inspirées des ponts de l'Ile-Barbe et Masaryk qui l'entourent, créant un dialogue architectural entre ces trois ouvrages. Sa symétrie inversée évoque le ricochet d'un galet sur l'eau. Il est long de 180 mètres, élevé à 8 mètres au-dessus du niveau de l'eau, accueille 4 voies de circulation, de larges trottoirs et des pistes cyclables. Sa largeur atteint 30 mètres dans sa partie centrale où se trouve un belvédère.
