[L'Hôtel de ville de Villeurbanne : l'équipe du projet Gratte-Ciel]
A l'extrême droite, assis, Robert Giroud, architecte de l'Hôtel de ville et du Stadium (en collaboration avec Morice Leroux). Assis au bureau, au milieu, Morice Leroux, architecte du Palais du travail, des Gratte-Ciel et du Stadium. Debout, au centre, Jean Fleury, ingénieur et directeur des services techniques de Villeurbanne. Ce dernier, alors âgé de 34 ans, avait rejoint la ville de Villeurbanne en 1927 pour ne plus la quitter jusqu'à l'âge de la retraite en 1959. Debout, à l'arrière plan, sur la gauche : Gustave Desgrandchamps, employé municipal dont les archives sont aujourd'hui conservées aux Archives municipales de Villeurbanne. -
